At Ole Zim’s Wagon Shed located in beautiful Gibsonburg, Ohio, we pride ourselves on the personal touch and attention that we give each person/ group and their event. Our romantic and rustic venue is set on 15 acres with multiple spaces available for creating your perfect wedding ceremony, banquet, or milestone event.
From your first meeting to the day of your event, you are always working with owners Joe and Erica Zimmerman and we make it our mission to make sure all your questions are answered. We handle any logistical issues creatively and quickly to ensure that your day goes off without any hiccups. Our team has years of experience and seamlessly collaborates with any outside vendors or planners to enhance your event.

Making Dream Events Reality
Erica enjoys making each wedding planning experience as special and seamless as a wedding planning should be (remember, it’s a party and the planning should always be fun and stress free). We love all of the people we get to meet and build relationships with while planning our yearly banquets and corporate events while broadening that list of friends with new business and community relationships.
Now let’s talk turkey or in our case chicken, Joe, along with an amazingly talented staff create and execute a menu that is filled with hearty homemade meals that includes a variety of entrees’, sides, and desserts to choose from to make your menu uniquely yours. If our venue is not available on the day you are looking for, we can come to you too. We offer catering options to fit any event specifications and palate. Come join us on Sunday’s from 11 AM – 2 PM and see for yourself how tasty our food is.

At Ole Zim’s we are so much more than just a venue. We are three generations of family and tradition wrapped up in a picturesque setting. Whether you are looking for the perfect backdrop for you wedding day, hosting a community banquet, having a corporate training session, enjoying a family gathering or our famous Sunday dinners, we are here to make your day and event uniquely yours. Our venue can accommodate an event from 50 guests up to 450 guests.
When you step into our newly updated venue or decide to stroll around our 15 acre grounds you are treated to a quiet, rustic country experience filled with the love and memoires 62 years provide.
